• Custom Tailored Suits: 5–10 business days (depending on design & measurements)

2. Delivery Time

• Local Delivery: 2–5 days

• National Delivery: 5–10 days

• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier services.

3. Shipping Charges

• Local delivery: Standard charges apply

• National shipping: Based on courier service
  (Charges will be discussed on WhatsApp before final confirmation.)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share:

• Courier partner details

5. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to:

• Wrong address

• Missing contact information

Please double-check your details before placing the order.

1. Ready-Made Suits

We accept return/exchange ONLY IF:

• The product is unused

• Tags are intact

• Request is made within 48 hours of delivery

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Color difference due to screen brightness

• Minor measurement differences (1–2 inches)

2. Custom-Made Suits (Important)

Custom orders are NOT eligible for return or refund
because they are made according to your measurements and selected fabrics.

Alterations are allowed if:

• The fitting issue is due to our stitching

• Request is made within 48 hours of delivery

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 24 hours

• Share clear photos/video
  We will replace or fix the issue at no extra cost.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled ONLY if:

• The suit has not entered production

• Fabrics have not been cut

Once stitching begins, cancellation is not allowed.

5. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
